KOLAHOI GLACIER TREK Book It
DURATION: 4 DAYS / 3 NIGHTS

GLACIER - SRINAGAR
ITINERARY
DAY 1 SRINAGAR - PAHALGAM - ARU
Today you will travel by car from Srinagar to Pahalgam, Kashmir's premier resort, You will
trek along the river to the pretty village of Aru, 11 km from Pahalgam. At Aru, the camp is
already set up for you beside the Lidder River. Here you will eat a delicious dinner around
the fire and camp for the night.
DAY 2 ARU - LIDDER WATT
You will trek 11 km through the lush Lidder Valley to Lidder Watt where your reward is
overnight at the beautiful Lidder Watt campsite which is situated by a stream that runs
straight from the glacier into the Tarsar Lake.
DAY 3 LIDDER WATT - KOLAHOI
A short trek takes you to the base of the Kolahoi Glacier at the head of the Lidder Valley.
The glacier, climbing from 3400m up to 4000 m, descends from twin peaks that tower
majestically overhead. Overnight is in your campsite at Lidder Watt.
DAY 4 LIDDER WATT - PAHALGAM - SRINAGAR You trek back to the lushness of the
valley and reach Pahalgam by the early afternoon. After lunch, you return to Srinagar by car
where you will be taken to the airport or station for your onward journey, or to your
accommodation for the night. Tour ends.
TOUR INCLUSIONS
All accommodations on a room only basis.
Three meals a day provided throughout trek.
All trekking tours as specified with guide.
All camping equipment, including modern tents and down sleeping bags, is provided. You
carry only your daypack.
All transfers by car including pick-ups and drop-offs at start and end of tour.
