ITINERARY
DAY 1: DELHI
You are met on arrival in Delhi and transported to your five star hotel. The
remainder of your day is free to spend as you wish. Overnight is in Delhi.
DAY 2: DELHI
Today you can play at Delhi Golf Club, a par 72, course with 18 greens.
Overnight is in your luxury accommodation in Delhi.
DAY 3: DELHI - SRINAGAR
In the morning you will be transferred to the airport for your short flight to Srinagar.
Upon arrival in Srinagar, you will be taken to your accommodations in the
elegant Intercontinental The Grand Palace Hotel. In the afternoon you can golf in
The Royal Springs Golf Club, a 7,000 yard par 72 course. Overnight is in
Srinagar.
DAY 4: SRINAGAR
Today you have the option of playing at The Royal Springs Golf Club in Srinagar
or go to nearby Gulmarg to play at their hilly 72 par 18 hole course. The course
at Gulmarg is situated at 2,650 feet and is the highest green golf course in the
world.
DAY 5: SRINAGAR - DELHI
Your morning is free to golf or shop for some of Kashmir's famous handicrafts.
Later you will be taken to the airport for your short flight back to Delhi. Overnight
is in your luxurious accommodations in Delhi.
DAY 6: DELHI - MUMBAI
You will fly today to India's commercial capital of Mumbai. Again you will be met
and transferred to your five star accommodation. The rest of the day is free to
spend as you wish.
DAY 7: MUMBAI
You can play 18 holes at the Mumbai Presidency Golf Club, a par 70 course
founded in 1927 and one of the most demanding in India. If you wish, you might
also see Elephanta Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage site, Chowpatthy Beach,
or Mahalaxmi Temple. Overnight is in Mumbai.
DAY 8: MUMBAI
You have another opportunity to play at the Mumbai Presidency Golf Club or go
sightseeing. Overnight is in Mumbai.
DAY 9: MUMBAI - BANGALORE
You will fly from Mumbai to Bangalore. When you arrive you will be transported to
your elegant accommodation by our representative. The next course you will play
is the Bangalore Golf Club which was founded in 1876 and is a 6,203 yard par
71 course. Overnight is in Bangalore.
DAY 10: BANGALORE
Today you have the option of playing at Bangalore's other course: Eagleton - The
Golf Village. Eagleton is 6,632 yards and a par 72. You also have time to take
in some of the sights around Bangalore, such as Lal Bagh Botanical Gardens,
City Market, Bull Temple or the ISKCON Temple. Overnight is in Bangalore.
DAY 11: BANGALORE - CHENNAI
Your next flight takes you to Chennai where you can play at the Chennai
Gymkhana Golf Club, a 5,765 yard par 70 course. Overnight is in your luxury
hotel in Chennai.
DAY 12: CHENNAI
Your day is free to play golf or take in the sights of Chennai, such as
Vivekananda Museum,San Thome Cathedral, or Marina Beach. You might even
consider a day trip to Mahabalipuram. Overnight is Chennai.
DAY 13: CHENNAI - KOLKATA
Your final destination before heading back to Delhi is Kolkata. Kolkata is home
to two golf courses: The Royal Calcutta Golf Club, a 7,189 yard, par 73 course
and Tollygunge Club, a 6,512 yard par 71 course. Overnight is in your five star
hotel in Kolkata.
DAY 14: KOLKATA
You have the day to play in either golf course or do some sightseeing around
Kolkata. You will stay overnight in Kolkata.
DAY 15: KOLKATA - DELHI
Your day is free until it is time to catch your flight back to Delhi. You will be met
by our representative and taken to your hotel. Overnight is in Delhi.
